At Ripping & Shipping Collectibles, we strive for transparency and high-quality photos of every item. Because trading cards are highly condition-sensitive and subjective, we do not accept returns or refunds on any purchases unless otherwise stated.

No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect assumptions about the card’s condition.

Condition & Photos

  • All items are described to the best of our ability and photographed in high-resolution.
  • Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing.
  • You are welcome to request additional photos or videos before buying — simply message us and we will gladly provide them.

Exceptions

We will only consider refunds or returns in the following rare cases:

  • The item received is significantly different from the listing description and photos (e.g., wrong card entirely).
  • The card is damaged during shipping (must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery, only available with tracked shipping).

In such cases, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually.
