Welcome to Ripping & Shipping Collectibles. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Overview

We sell authentic Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering trading cards. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Your order is not final until we send you a confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other methods displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply.

4. Shipping

We ship from Florida, USA.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing. High-resolution images are provided for this reason.
You may request additional photos before buying — we are happy to provide them.
We will only consider exceptions in rare cases where the item received is significantly different from the listing (e.g. wrong card entirely). Such claims must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Product Condition

All cards are graded by our best judgment using standard industry terms (NM, LP, MP, etc.).
Due to the subjective nature of card condition, minor variations may exist.
We strive for accuracy, but trading cards are collectibles — condition is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to evaluate via photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Ripping & Shipping Collectibles or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripping & Shipping Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
